Focus Groups at St. Mary Parish

Help Shape the Future

As we continue our pastoral planning process at St. Mary Parish, we are taking the next step.

We invite you to be part of that conversation.

 

What to Expect:

Focus groups are guided, small-group conversations designed to gather thoughtful insights from parishioners. Together, participants will reflect on the life, culture, and spirituality of our parish and share ideas that will help shape our vision and strategic direction for the future. This is an opportunity to move beyond the survey and engage in expanded, meaningful dialogue.

Who Is Invited:

Any parishioner who is interested in sharing their perspective is welcome. Whether you are highly involved or simply attending Mass, your voice matters. Each person’s experience helps form a more complete picture of our parish.

When:

Focus groups will be offered during the first weeks of May, with a variety of morning, afternoon, and evening options available to accommodate different schedules. (Please see the sign up link below.) More groups will be added as needed.

  • Tuesday, May 5: 6:00 – 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday, May 6: 6:00 – 7:30 PM
  • Thursday, May 7: 9:30 – 11:00 AM

Where:

All sessions will take place in the Gathering Space. To encourage meaningful conversation, each group will be intentionally kept small, with no more than 20 participants.

Why This Matters:

As a community of disciples, we believe that every voice has value. Your participation will directly influence the priorities and direction of St. Mary Parish as we discern where God is calling us in the years ahead. These conversations will help guide decisions that shape parish life for years to come.

How It Works:

Focus groups are a key part of strategic planning. Each session will be facilitated and structured to encourage open, respectful conversation. Through attentive listening, shared reflection, and honest dialogue, we will gather meaningful insights to guide our future planning.

While walk-ins are always welcome, we kindly ask that you sign up in advance.
