Use this worksheet to plan your wedding. The information will walk you through the entire liturgy and help you to consider who to include and options available to customize your wedding celebration. It is imperative that this form is completed prior to the Wedding Liturgy Consultation to facilitate planning.

Marriage Preparation Brochure
Attendance at a Marriage Conference is one of the requirements for marriage. The brochure lists available dates. The link below takes you directly to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee's website, which will have the most current information and online registration. These conferences fill quickly. It is recommended that you register at least six months in advance.
