Technology Program


At St. Mary Parish School, students attend a Technology Class once a week to build foundational skills in technology.  Here are some of the foundational skills that are taught, by grade level:

4K

  • Digital Citizenship/Internet Safety
  • Use iPads and Chromebooks to learn computer basics (ABCya.com is used)

5K

  • Digital Citizenship/Internet Safety
  • Coding
  • Use Chromebooks to learn basic activities (login, logout, create drawing projects, print, save)

Grade 1

  • Basic internet research

Grade 2
