St. Mary Parish School, a thriving Catholic school serving approximately 380 students in grades 3K–8, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Middle School Science Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping students discover the wonders of science while nurturing their academic, spiritual, and personal growth in a Christ-centered environment.

As a member of our faculty, you will create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where students are challenged to think critically, explore confidently, and reach their full potential.

 

What You'll Do

  • Teach middle school science using engaging, hands-on instructional practices.

  • Foster a positive classroom culture built on respect, collaboration, and high expectations.

  • Differentiate instruction and assessment to meet the diverse needs of learners.

  • Use student data to inform instruction and promote continuous academic growth.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and school leadership to support student success.

  • Integrate technology effectively into instruction.

  • Support the mission and values of Catholic education and actively participate in the life of the school community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science from an accredited college or university.

  • Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching certification (or an approved pathway to certification).

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning community.

  • Commitment to academic excellence and student-centered instruction.

  • Passion for Catholic education and a willingness to support the mission, vision, and philosophy of St. Mary Parish School.

  • Ability to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with Archdiocese of Milwaukee policies and expectations.
