7th Grade Breakout EDU

Students Use 21st Century Skills

The 6th -8th grade students at St. Mary are taking part in a program called Breakout EDU.  New this year, these lock box games are designed much like the popular breakout rooms.  During each 45 minute Breakout EDU session, teams work on using clues to discover the combinations to four or five locks that ultimately lead them to open the final lock and win the game.  Students are able to use the 21st century skills of problem solving, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking during the process.
