Admission Requirements
New Student Requirements:
- All new incoming 3K, 4K and 5K students will need to submit a copy of a birth certificate when registering.
- Student records and/or a copy of the most recent evaluation (report card) must be on file.
- Students must meet the immunization requirements as stated in the Wisconsin Statute and Archdiocesan Policies.
- All new incoming students, grades 1-8, will be given an individual achievement test.
- All new incoming students will be given a probationary period of one school semester.
- An evaluation will take place at the first quarter.
- Final evaluation will take place at the end of the first semester.
- If an incoming student is the subject of a court decree, which restricts the placement or contact of either parent with the child, a request shall be given to the parent who maintains primary physical placement of the child to submit a copy of the court decree.
- Any student expelled from a previous school due to or because of behavior, drugs or alcohol will not be admitted to St. Mary Parish School unless the following steps have been taken:
- On-going counseling is required.
- Documentation of treatment will be required.
- Probationary period will be one semester.
- Any student expelled from a previous school due to or because of possession of weapons/firearms will not be admitted to St. Mary Parish School.
